Sweet Digz Farm is a small-scale organic farm on in Steveston BC,  on leased land located in unceded Musqueam territory.

On these fertile flats of the Fraser River delta, we use organic farming practices to grow veggies, seed and herbs.  We sell our produce to our very local Richmond community through our CSA Weekly Box Delivery, and at our Saturday market (weekly, June-Dec).  Our seed crop (currently, Abundant Bloomsdale Spinach) is available through the BC Eco Seed Co-op and Salt Spring Seeds.

Our CSA Weekly Box or pre-paid Sweet Digz Bucks, a pre-paid debit card that you use at our Saturday market… as a member, you receive newsletters from the farm, and your commitment to paying early and eating local all season helps us with start-up expenses in the spring.

Agriculture is about Community!

This year, our members and customers are supporting our new SHAREit Forward Fund, to help us donate CSA boxes and Sweet Digz Bucks to neighbours in need.  Help us reach our target of $2,640 to donate 4 CSA shares and $200 of Sweet Digz Market Bucks!

And we’re bringing local organic grains from Cedar Isle Farm in the Fraser Valley to Richmond – sign up for their Grain CSA here & pick up at our market in the fall!

You can find our veggies on the menu at Gudrun Tasting Room, and at our Saturday Market in front of True Conditioning at London Landing, across from the Diplomat Bakery Cafe (see our Markets page for more on this).

We are thrilled to grow medicinal calendula for Neitra Body Botanicals, a small Vancouver-based company that makes beautiful hand-crafted organic body care products.

farming-is-heart-work-018We are members of the BC Eco Seed Co-op, a farmer-owned cooperative that is growing locally adapted vegetable, herb, grain, flower, and cover crop seed.  Our “Abundant Bloomsdale Spinach” is available through the co-op, along with an abundance of seed grown by BC farmers working to improve local seed & food security!

Find out more in these pages, join our e-list for updates throughout the harvest season, phone us, or visit us at the market!

We look forward to another great season growing fresh, organic, and reeeally local veggies for you!
